This past weekend VFW Post 5850 & Auxiliary attended the Mid Winter conference in Montgomery Alabama. This is a very informative conference for both the Veterans and Auxiliary. We were honored to have the National Commander & Chief, Al Lipphardt, in attendance. Each year the conference has a theme for the Saturday night banquet, and this year was the 50's. VFW Post 5850 & Auxiliary had 12 members attend the conference, this is amazing! As a group we decided to honor the 50's dressed as The Pink Ladies and T birds.
